1) Chemical Potential: Chapter 8, Assignment 4, Problem 3, 4, 5 of assignment 4
2) Fermions: Chapter 9, Assignment 5
3) Bosons, White Dwarfs, and Free Energy: Chapter 9 and 10
Part I: Do 2 of 3 questions. If all three are attemped, the student must indicate which two are to be used for grading
Part II: Do 3 of 4 questions. If all four are attemped, the student must indicate which three are to be used for grading
Students will be "SUPPLIED" with a 3 or 4 page appendix for for the exam
